1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, enrolling in a school program, or subscribing to a plan on My Quranic Schoolcom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

My Quranic Schoolcom provides an online Quran education platform that allows schools to manage students, courses, classes, and subscription plans. The platform is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents or guardians may create accounts on behalf of minor students.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are subject to the school's refund policy and are not guaranteed.

5. One-Time Fees

Schools may charge one-time enrollment or registration fees. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the school at the time of payment.

6. Parent and Student Responsibilities

• Parents are responsible for their children's use of the platform.
• Students must engage respectfully with teachers and school staff.
• Misuse of the platform may result in removal from a school or suspension of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and platform software are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Quranic Schoolcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
